Enhancing Self-Directed Learning Readiness in Entrepreneurship Education

Worldwide entrepreneurship education (EE) is gaining popularity as an employability skill to prepare learners for a future of adaptability and lifelong learning. Its scholarship, however, concerned that we have lost sight what works, why, how in EE. This especially true such novel learning objectives preparation quasi-experimental, mixed methods research sought answers the question: EE pedagogy influences students’ self-directed readiness (SDLR). Statistically significant relations were found, between self-efficacy SDLR. The impact was found be highly significant, which explained by effect stage-wise, approach teaching/learning. Enhancement motivation benefit from continuous cyclical teaching-learning process combining passive, participative self-steered within throughout each step process, simulated authentic contexts.
